“What Gets Measured Gets Done.”

When setting your goals make sure you have a way to measure your progress. The goals you measure and track regularly are the ones you will most likely achieve.

In Marketing and Sales there are 3 key areas that you should measure and track.

1. How many prospects you attract from your marketing efforts

2. Your conversion rate of prospects to customers/clients

3. The value of each of your customer/client
